How can we improve Slack Security?

Its auto deleting everything, I thought only links would be deleted...

How can people talk in PMs? If everything auto deletes unless a secret word is used? Others need to be able to chat....I need to have this resolved or I will have to disable metacert. Seems like a great program but I wrote something as simple the word hi and it deleted
