Give an option to turn off the green bar notification that says "IF THE METACERT ICON IS GREEN IT MEANS THIS URL IS SAFE."

You can :)
Select the shield and click settings.

Some sites say that its connection is secure but sometimes it only shows a grey symbol so can there be a way where I am fully secured to enter

I agree. I like having the green banner show up on the top of the page for the first time we are using it. I don't like the fact that there is no option to just temporary dismiss the banner for that instance only instead of permanently.
Here is my suggestion. Perhaps instead of "Don't Show Me This Again" option and turning off the green banner permanently, it should show "OK" to dismiss the green banner for this instance only. Those that want to permanently disable the green banner can still have that option available to disable in Settings.
For example if I go to Coinbase.com, the green banner should show up and display "OK" and the green banner is dismissed that one time only. Then if I use the same browser tab and navigate to Binance.com, the green banner should show up again with the option to display "OK". This way you don't permanently get rid of the green banner.

Please give us the option of closing the ribbon, without permanently turning it off (as mentioned by Paul)
Often the ribbon covers menu links on the top of a site, but having it come on is a good feature. we should be able to dismiss it, without turning it off completely.

Yes it's ignore Beau. We'll look at that wording as it's not obvious and it hasn't been updated since we released it.
Cheers,

OK thanks. It says "ignore annotations...". Was not sure what it was referring to.
